Second installment property tax bills in Cook County due Dec. 1

Property owners in Cook County need to pay their second installment tax bills by December 1, 2023. The Treasurer’s office will send 1.8 million bills around November 1, and bills can be downloaded and paid now from the Treasurer’s website. This year and last year, the second installment was delayed due to a lengthy assessment process and computer system upgrade.
